Executive Coaching

Executives are daily exposed to significant changes and complexity. They are responsible for organisational performance, innovation, pivoting to market changes and leading their teams. I am also dealing a lot with this in my work, where I work full time on the executive level and keep in touch with the business and market reality daily.

In my approach, I work with clients to tailor a unique personalised action plan to fast-track the success of companies and individual goals. Our coaching sessions are goal-focused and help individuals achieve their results while thriving at what they do.

In my practice, I combine coaching and consulting:

  • Coaching is a powerful method that helps individuals to tap into their executive strengths. Asking the right question and challenging the client leads to answers within themselves and it brings more permanent results because this is a proven technique for effective personal and professional growth.
  • When appropriate, I offer consulting - sharing best practices, proven tactics and strategies for fast-tracking the results.
Most successful people have invested in coaches in their careers. Think about all professional players in the sport, as well as CEOs of the most thriving companies such as Google or Apple - their founders even had the same coach - The Coach - Bill Campbell. The value of a great coach can be priceless.

Focus areas in coaching can include:

  • Organisational performance (KPIs such as sales results, customer's satisfaction and team performance)
  • Team health - leadership and opportunities to develop high-performing teams including talent retention and performance reviews
  • Continuous innovation and improvement
  • Overcoming changes, competing priorities
  • Making difficult decisions
  • Improving relationships with different stakeholders (clients, team, peers and leadership)
  • Achieving better work-life balance by working smart in a sustainable way while thriving at what executives do best
